What we collect
The prompts and images you create; a random device cookie to apply the free daily limit (no account needed); and, when you order, your name, email, phone and shipping address as provided by Apple Pay, Google Pay or Stripe.
Uploaded photos
Photos you upload are used only to show your preview and make your product. We remove location and camera data (EXIF/GPS) when you upload, never share your photos publicly, and never use them to train AI. Email us to have them deleted.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
Your shipping details and design go to our print partner (Printify and its print providers) only to make and deliver your order. Image generation is done by Google's AI models. We don't sell your personal information.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site (clicks, scrolls, anonymized session replays) so we can improve it. Payment fields and addresses are masked. Learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Retention & your choices
We keep order records as needed for accounting and support. To request access to or deletion of your data, email support@dreamprint.shop.
