Shipping
Flat-rate standard shipping is shown at checkout. Orders are printed on demand in 2–5 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days later (US). Canada may take longer. Tracking is emailed and shown on your order page as soon as it ships.
Our reprint guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email support@dreamprint.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Returns
Every product is custom-made, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or ordering mistakes. Please check the size options before ordering.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package is marked delivered but isn't there, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. Email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to cancel.
